a pioneer of American eyewear.
A luxurious combination frame
with 12K gold-filled trim.
Its iconic look, accented by wing hinges,
made it a true masterpiece from AO,
whose frames were beloved by numerous celebrities of the era,
including Malcolm X.

A beautiful piece found in a warehouse in Glendale, Los Angeles,
where film props are stored.
It is unknown whether it was used as a prop,
but the color of the AO logo on the inside of the temples
has been removed so the brand name would not appear on camera.
As the logo is embossed, the imprint is still visible.
It has been kept in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear,
so we are pleased to offer it here.
The nose pads have not discolored,
making this a perfect piece to enjoy for many years to come.
