Defective Goods
If an item is damaged, soiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will handle the matter promptly. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
Delivery Time
Generally, items are shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received.

For made-to-order or pre-order items, we will notify you of the arrival date via email and ship immediately upon arrival.
*In the unlikely event that a purchased item is out of stock, damaged during transit, or lost, we will contact you. We will then either ship the same item, or, if out of stock, cancel the order and promptly issue a full refund.
*Compensation for loss or damage during transit is limited to the refund of the amount already paid. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by accidents.

In the event of an initial defect, please return the defective item to the address specified by our company. Upon confirmation of receipt, we will provide a refund or exchange for the item if stock is available.
Due to the nature of vintage items, if it is determined that the issue is not an initial defect, any refund issued will be the original amount paid minus customs duties and return shipping costs.
