The Z87 Safety was released for engineers by American Optical, a pioneer in American eyewear.
A rare early model of SURE-GUARD, predating FLEXI-FIT.
The basic Wellington has already established a style that is characteristic of AO, giving you a taste of the atmosphere of the time, and has become a long-selling item among AO's many safeties.
*Due to years of storage, there are a few very slight scratches on the surface of the glass lens, but they are not to the point where they interfere with visibility, so you can continue to use the glasses as they are.
Other than that, the frame is unused deadstock with no deterioration and in good condition.
It has some damage but the original box is included.
