It is in perfect condition and is in excellent condition.
The shades of grey on the front and temples are slightly different, which was common in Tart glasses at the time and is thought to be due to the combination of fabrics from different manufacturing periods.
This is not discoloration, but rather the item has been shipped in this condition since the time it was released.

The sleeve also bears the Tartt company name, and it is believed to be a model from shortly after the transition to Regency.
